--update for version 4200--
1. Connect Proxy to download Sublime (sublime_text_build_4200_x64_setup) from 
https://www.sublimetext.com/download
2. Install the software to Disk "D:\Program Files\Sublime Text" (not C: as default)
3. Go to : "D:\Program Files\Sublime Text" , copy sublime_text.exe , and then paste right in the current path: "D:\Program Files\Sublime Text"
4. Double click to the file: "sublime_text - Copy.exe" . Unregistered version. and hit File --> Open File: locate to open : sublime_text.exe

5. Hit "Ctrl+H" ( Find and replace ).

Find:

Replace:
c641 0501 b200 90
or
c641 0501 4885 c0

Click : Replace , and then go to File --> Save.
